β β β β β First time trying it out. Food is good. Had banana leaf rice. Most important not too crowded n the fried fish n chicken are not too dry or hard.

β β β β β Now called Restoran Sri Seenu although signboard says otherwise. Best Tosai Rawa with Coconut and Chilli Chutney. Chapati is not too bad with Chicken Curry. Tea tarik and Teh C are good too. Inexpensive.

β β β β β Canβt remember when I started eating here whej their old name was Sri Paandi. Itβs a place I would go for banana leave when I have cravings. Lately noticed their name has been changed but the tastes remain. Service has improved so much, the workers are more attention and helpful. Keep it up.

β β β β β Maybe I am biased towards Kanna Curry House. I don't like the food taste. Pricing is cheaper than Kanna. Suitable for a cheap quick meal.

β β β β β Good food and service but I'd only rate it at 7/10 as the food was not power packed enough it was just normal. Most of the items had already finished as it was slightly after lunch time but they didn't disappoint.

β β β β β We had brunch today, roti canai susu/milk parata, rawa tosai, roti canai telur/egg parata, ulunduu vaadai/donut vaadai with tengga chaterrni/coconut gravey, karavadu/salted fish curry and takali chaterrni/tomato gravey Drinks teh halia/ginger tea. It's special, we took away some fried chicken and two more milk parata, they wrap it with banana leaves.. so authentic. I recommend this place for all and price was reasonable.

β β β β β Sri Seenu serves pretty good southern Indian food. The specialty here has to be the Banana leaf curry rice, where you choose whatever you want to add to the unlimited servings of rice on banana leaf.
However this time round, I felt like having chapati and mutton curry. The chapati unfortunately was not fresh off the stove, but it was okay. It came together with dhall and potatoes which were superb.
I ordered a portion of mutton curry and had some fish gravy as well. The mutton curry was really good, and was delicious with the chapati and dhall. I ordered a glass of the tarik to round it up, the teh tarik was soso.
The total bill came up to $17.20. I thought it was a tad bit expensive, but I enjoyed my meal overall. Next to me, 2 old timers were telling each other this was one of the best Indian curry they've had. Much better than some other restaurant. Not too sure which one they were talking about. Good stuff.
