β β β β β Order a gyoza, one chuka kurage, one set sushi to ramen and one set curry buta katsu nabe teishoku....
Waiting for around 1 hours to get my chuka kurage and curry buta katsu nabe teishoku set... Asking for 4 waitress to check for it after 30mins of ordered, they just take the order summary and walk a way then come back put the order summary back to our table without any explanation just touch and go...
After the food coming the manager just say they machine at kitchen have problems hence no order was coming out..
.the reason unacceptable because waitress have been asking check for so many times, it should realize the problem since first checking....
While the restaurant just have 4 table including us 1 of the table already have their food before we enter and another 2 table 1 is coming in after we order the food another is come in after 10min we come in...
In the end manager get us 2 free ice cream for apologies...
Conclusion Service is important in a restaurant

β β β β β The sushi salmon is fresh and the rest of food is acceptable except the chawanmushi which was a disappointment. The egg is not silky and smooth. This basic side dish need to revisit.

β β β β β With the price charged, the foods are fail. Especially the rice used for sushi (dry and hard) and the tepanyaki (like Chinese food and not taste good also). Totally over priced and and not worth.

β β β β β A shame to the Japanese Cuisine. Not authentic and doesn't taste nice. Presentation is lazy and service is slow while overpriced coz it's 'Japanese' food. No wonder hardly anyone eating here. Better go to other Japanese restaurant if I were you.

β β β β β Ordered the Yakiniku Don and Sashimi with grilled soba set. Yakiniku don came out 15 mins after ordering while the shop was empty, the grilled soba set came out after 45 minutes. All they had to do was grill a piece of fish. Food is overpriced as well portion sizes are way smaller compared to the ones on the menu

β β β β β Cheese don is good, just need to wait more than 20mins even when the store isn't really full. Chicken Teppanyaki serve after 30mins after asking waiter to check, and we cancelled another pork teppanyaki order since waited 45mins nothing comes, but the waiter pretend not hearing it and continue ignore us after we said abot the cancellation, and ask other waiter to pick up the food to serve us, and we realize the vege is super cold. Dissapointed and dissatisfied. If service is like this n the
food is just ok, the price is totally too over.

β β β β β Price is high but certainly worth it. Food is delicous. Curry tasted perfect. Temperature was perfect too. Ingredient being used was fresh. But if your budget is limited, better don't go there

β β β β β I like their environment also their food is nice. Just a bit pricy. But, for me, I won't complain the price.. Because they did display their menu out there, you have option to walk in or leave if u don't accept the price. ?
