★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, I've read a lot criticism about the service before visit this place.
Went 9 Oct 21 1240pm for lunch and with reservation booking.
Reached with no single waiters directing or welcoming. Then proceed with our orders, serviced oddly unfamiliar with the menu from the waiter, filled with all inexperienced foreign workers.
And not forgetting with long waiting and worst thing you can find, air conditioning is dysfunction. Steaming hot weather at noon hours?! We changed 3 seats eventually had to be seated outside café.
Ordered 2 XXXL hairy crab, and lobster+salmon sets. But served in lukewarm condition, not welll prepared cuts (we do reluctantly accept) but then provide us with plastics utensils and tiny little crooked scissors, this is utterly awful. Which common standards should be full sets of stainless steel cutlery and crabs claw cutters.
Condition of the restaurant is at the worst, worn off and teared off seats, poor lighting and dimmed horror environment, and worst of all the live seafood fishery options is so limited.
One of the worst experience we've been through. Will never revisit but definitely will ask all our friends and family, that this place is for sure on your banned listed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking after 7pm have to pay RM7-10. Cheese baked lobster is good. Fishhead meehon pot during lunch hour is also worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Unagi Train Sushi is a must try especially if you are a fan of Unagi. The taste is wonderful and portion is huge enough to fill your stomach. The Salmon Sushi Platter and Salmon Belly Sashimi also worth trying, it taste really fresh, you wouldn’t regret it at all.
Suggest you make a reservation via phone before you go to avoid disappointment, as the place is usually fully booked.
Parking fee is RM7 per entry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dining few times here, main reason because of Elite complimentary dishes from tableapps. However, is a place worth to visit for the reason as below:
1. Fresh seafood;
2. Reasonable price;
3. Portion enough for big earter;
4. Free parking
5. Daily set lunch @ good price;
6. Offer Japanese dish and Chinese cuisine
I found out the grade of seafood a bit dropped after FMCO, may is the material cost increase but they still remain same selling price, minus 1 star?
P/s. Dessert need to improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service on the foreign waiter even we need to tip him. Sushi cake is excellent as never miss it for birthday cake. Worth it for fresh seafood. Love the packaging of draft beer that ta pau to drink in car. Keep it up guys.

Sashimi and oyster is not cold enough for my opinion
Those soup base of drunken prawn is absolutely tooooo salty..even the captain also try and he said it’s too salty
Anyway will be back again when my wallet is fill again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment is older abit but foods and service are excellent! Foods very fresh and tasted good also, give 5 stars for foods. The only complain is cocktails series need to be improved as not satisfied with the taste. Thanks again for the service. ?
