★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star for the beautiful white sandy beach. the resort is horrible. leaked toilet, most of the plugs are dysfunction. break window never replaced, broken door lock. the foods are bad, no variety at all. dining hall dirty. and the staffs not do their job properly. most of the time receptionist area will empty. its not worth your money as got other cheaper resort which offer better! definitely won't come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there with my family in July 2019, stayed 3D2N with full board package.
Staffs are friendly & helpful, beach is awesome and quiet, love it!
Food was moderate with buffet style, however staff will refill whenever needed.
Room was moderate too, quite run down and repair needed. Owner will shut down power during snorkelling session, those not joining snorkelling will be affected, but I am fine with it.

To resort owner, you have the best beach among the whole Redang Island, please upgrade the accommodation & food quality. We love to come back again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 4☆-rated hotel. Very comfortable establishment. Friendly and professional staffs. Safe and secure. Not quiet though since half of the Malaysian population were there in Redang! ?There were monkeys about. They were not interested in your scubapro equipments left to dry outside of your balcony but avoid trouble by not FEEDING them nor PROVOKING them! Thing is, our rooms were used sparingly - rest, shower, "bizniz", sleep at night. Most of the time we were up-and-about at the beach, snorkeling and snorkeling and snorkeling and occasional people-watching. Brilliant place, so-so with food choices and taste (though much better than other establishments along the same beachfront).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ White soft sand like a flour, sloping beach which are great for children, super friendly and very helpful staff. Great activities, foods are served before you even feel hungry. Rooms and facilities are average but my overall rating are definitely 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water Pressure low. Shower is not working, bed bugs, no room service nor housekeeping. Family stay would be challenging. Food can be accepted. RM45/pax for a boat ride to next side of island which 10min journey. Need improvement on the facilities.

The room was too small for 3 person's, they should provide at least wall fan and hot water heater, extra plug point for changing hp....this is my suggestion only. Their staffs overall is very good. Good food and service. Really recommend for those travelling with budget. Safe and comfortable place. Tq
