★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of glasses here two months ago and didn't actually plan to write a review, but I decided to leave a good review here because I literally sat on my glasses today in the worst angle possible and it was bent so ridiculously that it gave me a mini heart attack. Seeing the two sides bent almost to completely vertical, I already kind of accepted that the frame was broken for sure, but to my delight, it was 100% unscathed when I bent it back. It's unbelievable how there is completely no trace of being bent.
So anyway, I bought this pair of glasses two months ago while I was travelling in KL and my glasses broke. The staff at Reliance was really professional and quickly helped me pin down a pair of glasses I liked according to my budget and preferences I described, all in a matter of minutes. And it was also ready for collection the very next day. The shop was also still quite full of people nearing the closing time so I assume it is a very popular shop that is trusted locally. Would definitely recommend purchases here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. Very detailed attention to customers. Ended up purchasing more than expected but I'm very pleased with the result.
One really important quality they have is follow up and service. The team at Reliance have been in the same location in Bangsar for decades. All purchases are on record and if something goes wrong with lenses or frames they will repair them.
I've tried other outlets and received discounts on purchases and that's where it ends. Within minutes of entering the the Reliance store my specs were being cleaned, they added new silicone ear protectors on the frames and the nose bridge and arms were being reset. Free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. And that much is felt here at one of Bangsar's most beloved and trusted optical shop. Been a patron here for many years and friends I ve recommended all has good reviews. Great selection with eye popping (no pun intended) discounts. And amidst the RMCO challenges, they up the cleanliness game and it's great to see customers still streaming in and the same warmth and excellent customer service which is what everyone is back for cannot be hidden by any mask whatsoever because it's real.

Despite it is weekday but the crowd is there, which mean I have made a right choice of optical shop! Will definitely come back again.
Well done in keeping the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place by far has the best customer service stuff!, I went there for my first glasses but I had inconsistent exams - from other stores -. The guy who works there did an extensive test and advice me not to get a glasses!. No other store will be that honest, other shops tried to sell me glasses knowing that the test is faulty. I would definitely recommend this place for it's credibility and pleasant experience.

They'll attend to you and help no matter how long you need. They've even helped choose frames that suit me better than what I've picked for myself. If you need new glasses, give these guys a go.
