★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management! Security guards are unfriendly. Security gate not installed and it's been 2 years what kind of security is this. Visitor issues are not well handled. NEVER EVER RENT OR BUY. I REGRETTED HOPE TO SELL THIS UNIT ASAP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment look nice from exterior. Newly built. But it doesn’t really cleaned, and facilities feel so dirty when u look at it. The guard of the area is terrible too. They no using any proper security system. No car barrier, but manually moving road cones lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother to call it a gym if nothing was inside. The swimming pool is open up to 9pm,which can be understood. What confused me is that the whole floor needs to be shut and no one is allowed to just sit down and relax after 10pm. You spare the space but no one could really use it, is that what the management intends to? In short, somebody who with real decision power should come down and experience all these meaningless rules

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly built. Poor management. Poor layout without kitchens in most of the condos.. Not properly designed.. Very low class gym material. Badly made roof top.. Outside small garden is never good to walk. Grass is never maintained properly.. No playground for children.. They have huge empty place for playground for toddler but nothing inside.. Badly made tennis area no proper signs if you entre the condo. I would not recommend anyone to look for a condo here

Never know how to respect people and never know proper ways to apologise. The self claimed upper director lady Shouting in phone like PASAR AUNTY and the worst part is she directly hang up the phone when I’m still talking. Poor manners and attitude

Poor management, high fees. Defect all around the condo. Leaking in the unit anywhere. Living at here like staying in jail, there are too many restriction by the security guard and management. There are not even a so call strict securities it is like living in a life how the guard teach you what to do living here. For example, if you forgot to bring your access card they will judge you a visitor restrict your entry and a lot of registration. Middle thumb for the management and developer
