β β β β β Soon as we arrived in this area, oh-god! Literally swarmed by the staff of the eateries. They basically crowding around us and asking you to patronize the eateries they belong to. In the end, we agreed to the young lady who walked us to Restoran De Costa's across the sea view. We ordered and later, once the dishes arrived, we diving in,. How? Mmmm? Maybe one of two of the dishes stood out. Otherwise, just an average meal and price wise, not cheap. Took us by surprise for paying a substantial amount for Grilled Black Pepper Brinjal, Assam Prawns, Petai Sotong Sambal, Baked Sambal Fish and Salted Egg Crab. For drinks, you can call for fresh orange juice from the trader who will be walking up and down, or opt for coconut water from the stalls across and facing the sea view.

We were lured in by a male owner who said the restaurant was opened by his dad and has been run for decades. We were seated, and later the lady owner came. She was rushing us to order, and gave no pleasant look or tone and manner. We were the second table only but the food took forever to arrive. The cheese prawn bee Hoon was okay though nothing remarkable, and every other dish was just lousy! Greasy and small portion. The signature Portuguese fish is way too spicy that you canβt taste the fish at all. It is also very pricy given the quality of food, yet we paid more than RM200 for a terrible dinnerοΌA couple of us suffered from diahhrea the same night!

β β β β β Portugese-chinese seafood restaurant along malacca's coast. Beautiful views to accompany the meal. The moment you exit your vehicle, all the restaurant representatives will come touting for your business. This particular stall is stall number 8. You can order from restaurant number 7 as well as they are affiliated. Near to the beach, there are other smaller stalls selling other snacks.

β β β β β The food was really good especially the butter garlic prawn. The brinjal sambal was spicy and delicious. Reasonable price. U can enjoy good food for approximately RM150 for 3pax( 3 seafood dish plus one vege). The staff was also very friendly

β β β β β Went there a day after Xmas. The crab is so good and fresh, as if like they grab it from seaside and cook, too good. Just a bit salty for us, but good if eat it together with rice. Ordered egg and vege but forgot to take photos due to too hungry. This meal was for two and cost rm100, crab itself is RM78 if Iβm not mistaken, fair price.

And the price has been increased obviously compared to before Russia world or worldwide inflation.
