Waiter was not overly friendly and I could hardly communicate, so we just picked a couple chicken dishes off the overhead menu board (just names, no pics or descriptions) and mango juice. We each received one small chicken leg and a plate of rice from a case in the window that was pre-cooked, but not even close to hot (somewhere between room temperature and cold). Taste wasn't terrible, but not good. We only ate a couple bites each and left the rest, the mango juice was just all right as well kind of tasted fake?. We felt bad leaving so much food, worried it might be offensive, but honestly we couldn't eat it. Only $20 RM for what we got but there are much better options in the area

I prefer this place over NASI GANJA YONG SUAN because
1. No need to have long queue
2. Better environment
3. Still get the same taste
Recommended:
1. Kopi ais M Salim or kopi tarik M Salim
2. Ayam madu
3. Don't forget to get extra 'ganja'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a fannn of their Briyani Anarkali. So sedap you have to eat it with their sambal belacan there. And their teh o ais is very good too, or maybe it’s just too hot here in Ipoh lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! Don't come here if u already get used to Nasi Kandar Penang. The taste nasi kandar here is terrible and pricey! Teh ais also expensive. The plate was soo small. Calling staff, ignore order and make stupid face! We need to go and direct tell the inside staff for drink! Not much choice. The cashier staff never smile. Will find other restaurant if go to Ipoh! But not here. Ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For first timer, the restaurant are covered with many trees n plants, it’s the corner shop lot. Easy park, the food are great. You can order fresh milk here. Limited space of dining so you need to queue. However, the service are a bit slow, you need to queue for about 15 minutes just to order the Nasi kandar.
