โ โ โ โ โ Good view and comfortable environment but the toilet door is translucent can see inside when people inside the toilet. Bath towel provided but is dirty with black stain. TV channel are very limited, no car park.

โ โ โ โ โ Saw many good reviews about the hotel, I think it's important to give an honest and thorough review about this hotel. We booked the hotel at a very cheap price, about RM80+ per night, with a 2 queen size beds (it was RM500+ before, which I doubted that's even true for a 3 stars hotel). Hotel room layout and decor just as the photos shown, except that the room are smaller than portrayed from the photos. Profile mentioned that the rooms are sound proof, that was quite disappointing. We could hear shower booster sound from the next door's bathroom, loud and clear. Rooms are quite close to each other, so do expect neighbourhood escapades during your stay. Voices from the corridor can be heard clearly too.
Bathrooms are semi-transparent and the door cannot be locked. Rooms are at the second floor, there's no elevator at the premise, so might not be convenient if you have many luggages and elderly members traveling together.
One of our room's lights (room 203) cannot be switched off because the switch was not functioning. We have to switch off the main switch in order to have all lights to be off.
Water dispenser is available at the lobby, you have to go downstairs to refill water.
Location is good, and it's probably the only thing I like about the hotel. The room has a balcony, but it was not well maintained, hence I felt that it's a waste.
For the discounted price, I guess that's worth the value due to good location. Otherwise, I would rather pay a little more for better facilities and room quality.

Bcos the hotel got hygiene issues ,
Very bad environment and hygiene . Even with brand new sheets and quilts are the same, highly not recommended. Waste of time and impact on health , special you got negative skin

โ โ โ โ โ The toilet was so smelly... But the bed was okay. But they didn't have any lifts.... The situation was not bad.. I just stayed one night.. That's it. I can't stay over 2 nights...

โ โ โ โ โ it was worse than poor because my room that my friends and i stayed were so dirty. i had few bed bugs on my both hands & my body as well. i thought it was one time only but i kept getting bitten in different spots every day. please fix the cleanliness of your room.

โ โ โ โ โ Let me say it out loud: NOT coming back here ever again! The pictures that they shown online are more of the Sweet chili hotel, that would very much deceiving, misleading for consumer. The room we got is really really really small (not typo error). And the walls are really thin, i couldn't get a single night good sleep. There's so many choices at that area, so avoid at all cost folks.

โ โ โ โ โ no idea how it has 4 stars. it is nothing like the photos. the window is just looking into the washroom, which is a balcony converted into a shower, toilet, and small sink. you cannot really open the windows in the bathroom without people looking in. the check in office is separate from the actual rooms, which is across the street and you have to carry your own luggage up at least 1-2 flights of stairs. it is really loud from the street and the A/C rings all night long. there is no room to walk and the desk is much smaller and in a different spot than the photos. bathroom does not get air circulation so it is hot and humid. there is lots of mold too. do not stay here. it was so bad i cancelled after one night and moved to a different hotel.
