2- expensive and not worth it for money because :
โข No towel and uncomplete facilities
โข Got watermark on bed sheets
โข Not friendly welcome for OKU
โข The most unpleasent receptionist
โข Toilet can be see through groundfloor
โข RM 308/night and you dont get enough facilities and bad services and the most epic big mouth receptionist.
โข WHERE'S WARDROBE ?!!!!!
โข WHERE'S IRON ?!!!!
โข Dont expect too much from this 'Suites & Hotel'.
โข NOT EVEN WORTH IT ?!!!!!!!

โข Have a lot parking and near with other shop
โข Atleast have a two sachet of shampoo and bodywash for five or six people. Sharing is caring.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my 2nd time stay in this apartment. Very comfortable stay especially for family capacity. Feel like my own house community during our holiday trip. Walking distance to Masjid Kapitan and also Restaurant Kaseem Mustafa Nasi Kandar. Highly recommended for repeatedly stay.

โ โ โ โ โ Cheap booking for 3 bedroom apartment. Walking distance to so much places and its located in the middle of Georgetown. Im quite surprised to see that this place is in well condition, though the downside of this place were that there are all single beds in all of the room, there's ni toilet attached to the master bedroom and you have to take a walk upstairs since there are no elevators. So it' ll not be great to have to stay on the third floor, knowing that you got so much stuffs to bring along.
Out of all in all, this is a recommended place for fancy backpackers who're crashing in Penang..

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommend this services apartment as the price are worth for all. In addition, they have valuable staff that in good attitude and excellent services. I had left my electronic tooth brush in the room and eventually they post it back to my address in quickly.

โ โ โ โ โ My family spent our 3 nights at Ar-Raudhah Hotel in Penang . The apartments are very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is very centrally located in the midst of Georgetown. Breakfast is not offered but there is near various offers.
A highlight is the beautiful art exhibition in the courtyard of the facility.

50 meters to Street of Arts.
It's in the middle of Georgetown Unesco area.
A comfy mattress makes us sleep well.
U can rent a bicycle at RM8 per day. There u go.
No TV, it's fine with me as there's free Wi-Fi.
Value for Money.

Nearby to Penang Street Art and, walkable distance to place like Komtar,Upside Down Museum.
Clean.
Disadvantage:
Very Basic facilities inside.
Pipes on both kitchen and bathroom not working properly.
Flush like most of public toilet.
The view was not as sparkled as advertised.
