When I 1st came here, arriving at 130pm. It is closed, the officer is not there, asked to come back at 2pm. I was on a rush, not able to do what I wanted to do.

The worst service just for stamp duty taking more than hours two counter number not moving at all. Terrible the worst ever.

Not sure why the counter service is super slow, even more than 5 government servants working at the same time, but it will take you an hour waiting time for less than 5-6 customers. The 'slow culture' here need to be improve.

The whole process of getting my documents stamped duty took me close to an hour when there were only 3 people in line. The officers behind the desk were taking too long to get things done. Definitely not advisable to be here if you're in a rush. The people at PJ Trade Centre are more efficient.

I'm a senior citizen fr Petaling Jaya Selangor my niece made appointment for me to go to this branch to appeal for Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR ). On arrival i was told no more take in of appeal because its already close for paying out already . I'm no more working and I thought i can update my status with all the proven documents i took with me to declare but was told they can't do it for me too because it's not open for filing . Because i'm an old lady and i can't drive i called for grab to go but during these pandemic grab don't take two passengers and my appointment was at 10.15am . Because my husband in his 70th has mild dementia i can't leave him at home i've to take him with me. I told my husband i've to walk to LRT station to get taxi see if they can take 2 passengers . Half way i saw a taxi dropping off passenger i flagged him asked if he can send us to LDHN Subang 2 . He said he will helped me . My fare to LDHN cost me RM 31.00 On arrival hardly 10mins i have to leave and I can't appeal nor do any filing to update my status that i'm no more working . But when i want to come back to PJ staff there helped me called for Grab . Grab on arrival also told me he can't take us because two passengers. I just don't know what to do then i approached one kind and good soul Mr Joseph and wife who was there for their appointment with LHDN too if he can send me to any bus station to get transport home . Staff and security guard there was so kind , helpful and caring bcos Grab man said another option is i book two cars one for me and one for my husband . Grab charges is RM 20 so if i booked two cars will be RM 40. Staff in the office heard that they are so kind to collect contributions for my Grab fare .. Asked my husband to sit down while they helped me . I really felt so helpless because i can't get transport back home i broke down crying . Because to and fro on transport i have to spend so much and i can't get things done i was really very down and sad . I'm really so blessed to have all staffs of LDHN Subang 2 . Helping me calling for Grab , collecting contributions from all their staff for our fare even though i don't know them .. In the end it was Mr Joseph and his wife said they will send me home . Here i'm really very thankful to all those who helped me through this difficult situation for transport back to our house . Me and my husband am very grateful that we Malaysian still goes to xtra miles to hepl others during these pandemic irrespective of races . Me and my husband would like to wish All Staff Of LHDN Subang 2 , Mr Joseph And Wife With All The Blessing To All Of You And Your Family . Take Care Keeo Safe And Least And Not Last Thousand Thanks To All Who Have Helped Us On 30/9/2021 .
