 Very good service, fast and efficient ... within 3 days, the problem of a broken fan can be solved .... technicians come and change the broken part..thank you REZO brand and good service ..

โ โ โ โ โ Bought S306 at Lazada, fixed on the ceiling but didn't spin & making some sound. Called Rezo & was picked up by friendly Ms Latty. She asked me to whtsp all information to a given phone number. Within 2 days, their technician, Mr Azrullah came & fixed the problem. It seemed one of the tiny thing (in the photo) wasn't fixed on the circuit. So Mr Azrullah changed the whole circuit & advised how to identify Rezo's ceiling fan problem.
1-year warranty for the circuit & 3 years warranty for the motor. I felt confident with Rezo now, though some buyers have problems when it comes to service after-sales. We'll see how long the fan can last.
Now the fan is spinning fast at top speed!
