Very messy very lousy for the appointment system..some didnt make appointment your also let them go in.. frontline staff especially that india women on purpose slow down her work and her attitude very very BAD BAD BAD. manager (female) pls improve your staff and the arrangement's...Banting Branch service better than your arrange appointment also very good...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RHB is not user friendly at all. Regret having a loan with them. Ridiculously late response...all phone lines dun work...how they think they going to help customers when they are unreachable....useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a super bad experience with counter 6 staff on 9/2/2022 noon. Queing for so long to update phone number, the staff asked for phone bill, I did ask if soft copy ok, the staff said only accept hard copy with bad attitude. (Went Bukit Tinggi branch, staffs there are more friendly and accept soft copy.)
