Tempted to close account due to terrible service. Never going back.
Staff wondering around aimlessly
And one counter is open, with another 2 on break, when the bank is soon to close.
Branch manager is sitting in his room watching videos on his phone, does not care that they are backed up and in need of help.
Staff are just laughing and playing around having fun.
Is this a bank or a playground?
Branch manager needs to resign, he clearly cannot handle a branch at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come to replace my expired card. Came in 1.20pm but until now 2.30pm still not yet settle. Not sure why take so long. If you have any transactions at RHB , you better take 1 whole dah off because the service super slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provided here is really slow, compare to other bank. Make appoinment at 9, the customer service let someone who didnt make any appoinment at all to enter first. dah la only 5 person allowed but the service like super slow.
