β β β β β Staf yang berurusan dengan saya selama dua hari ini kurang menunjukkan ciri-ciri mesra pelanggan. Mungkin kerna tugas seharian yang sibuk dengan menghadap komputer, dokumen, dan kerenah pelanggan yang datang dan pergi. Mungkin kerna pemakaian pelitup muka yang menyorokkan senyuman mahal. Tiada ucapan "selamat datang, boleh saya bantu" dan sebagainya sebagai pembuka bicara. Penggunaan tangan kiri ketika menyambut dokumen. Tidak bersungguh menyambut dokumen daripada tangan pelanggan, seolah terpaksa tunduk hormat pada staf. Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan tanpa melihat arah pelanggan. Ah, lupakan saja.
The staff who dealt with me for these two days showed less customer friendly features. Probably a factor as to why they're doing so poorly. Probably because of the use of face masks that hide expensive smiles. No "welcome, can I help" and so on as a prelude. Use of the left hand when welcoming documents. Not earnestly accepting documents from the hands of customers, as if forced to bow respectfully to staff. Answer customer questions without looking at customer directions. Ah, just forget it.

β β β β β Hari ini 6 april, dtg bank utk urusan asb dlm pkul 1.55 ptg. Guard bertugas bagitau staff jaga asb keluar rehat masuk kul 2.30 ptg. Saya tunggu sampai pukul sampai sekarang pukul 2.55 ptg belum muncul lagi. Apa cerita ni, bukan ke staff teller tu uniteller / multitask. Kenapa seorang saje yang jaga asb by right should be all staff tau buat semua keje. Ini kah service rhb yg dibangga2 kan.
Today, April 6, the bank came for ASB matters at 1.55 pm. The guard on duty told the staff to leave the ASB to take a break and come in at 2.30 pm. I waited until now at 2.55 pm it has not appeared yet. What is this story, not to the uniteller / multitask teller staff. Why only one person who takes care of asb by right should be all staff know for all keje. Is this the RHB service I'm proud of?

β β β β β Beberapa kali brurusan d bnk ni..rase sgt kecewa dgn layanan staf yg tidak mesra pelanggn..terutama d bhgian kaunter..ade sorg staf ni..mmg layann dia..zeroo..
A few times, I was very disappointed with the service of the staff who were not customer friendly..especially at the counter..the staff took care of me..they served him..zeroo ..
