★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaper place to rent compared to others. Lifts are slow, sometimes working sometimes not. The mall downstairs are very quiet. No activities aside from the pub on weekends, matahari, 7E, burger king

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here. Hmmm. Where do I begin. Lift always rosak, parking too expensive, pool area not clean got people smoking here and there. It happened again guys. The lift, broke down. 3 of them. Selfish maintenance. Please go stay starville.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now there are few new opening shop in here ; TF value mart in Basement 1 a nice supermarket with lot of variety and price also reasonable. Ninso rm2.20 shop and also Ninso premium in Ground floor with lots of items display. JBR bundles in first floor also quite a big thrift shop.
There are also a few varieties of restaurant here. The swine grocers in G floor also sell some varieties of frozen fresh like bacon and others meat as well as luncheon meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management failed to overcome small issues like lift maintenance, moving in/out procedure and everything. They wont allow any moving in/out during weekend, then how bout us that working during weekdays??? How to move out? When to register? Block A level 9, already more than a year, still no one fix and never fix the lift issues. Cannot press the lift button till now. Bad management. Highly not recommended to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly the worst management a residence can ever have.
1. Their management takes racial preference into account.
2. No allotted parking.
3. Lifts and amenities falling apart.
4. No emergency fire escape (they actually put a lock in the fire escape in the 6th floor).
5. If you make any complaints against the management then you are likely to have your access card revoked (unofficially)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever come to live here especially block C. The lift always breakdown, management know to ask money but lift always give excuses.
You will experience at least once stuck in lift, trust me. Both my housemate and I had experience it ourselves. Recently, a pregnant woman stuck in lift and passed out, luckily nothing worse happen.
Other than that, parking is RM130++ per month, not cheap. Swimming pool rarely to be clean.
This is not trying to bring down its business, its my experience as a 1 year tenant. Moving out soon...
