β β β β β Really hard to get in and out from Damansara Damai area since this area is already congested. Only has one route for in and out. The developer need to think for alternative exit routes.

β β β β β New 800 unit development coming up. Completion in 2020. This place is very hard to get to and very Bad jam . Typical time taken to exit the area on weekdays morning is about 45mins just to exit damansara damai. Community has objected to it, but development proceeding anyway. The area is very very congested.

β β β β β Very congested area with multiple teres and condos surrounding it. Take at least 45 mins to get out the area in the morning. Unless developer create alternate route now, else i wont buy any unit and trust the proposed route (like many developers say only mah).

Edit: even with the new road, nkve and mrt station, they exit is still with the same single road. Its heavily congested already

β β β β β If you like KL style jam while living far from KLCC, you have found the right place. Try driving out of this area from 6.30-9.30 am and you will see a jam that puts KL traffic congestions to shame.
Community living is wonderful, because you will get to spend A LOT of time with your neighbors, as you all brace through the traffic jam together, using the one and ONLY road coming in and out of Damansara Damai.
MRT is also coming soon, and you don't even need the Riaz gym anymore because you'll be exercising from the 23 mins walk from Riaz to the MRT. If you don't fancy walking, you can simply book a Grab, but instead of 23 mins, it will take you 30 mins to get to the MRT because of the jam. Oh, and you'll also get to train your patience because getting a Grab in Damansara Damai pretty much impossible in the morning. So yeah, instead of a 23 minute walk, you'll spend 30mins waiting for Grab (if you're lucky to get a car in the first place), and another 30 mins relaxing in the car. That will surely put you in a good mood, especially if you have an early morning meeting β€οΈ
Summary, if you like jam, you will love this place!
But in all seriousness, if you work from home and don't have any kids you need to send to school, then this area is okay la, can still consider buying. But if you have kids or you have an office job, seriously don't. We residents here have suffered for many years waiting for a new road to be built, but so far it's only lip service. If you don't believe us, try driving in and out of Damansara Damai on a weekday morning (not during MCO time) and experience the infamous Damansara Damai jam for yourself.

β β β β β My loan for this residence was not approved but I have paid RM 228 on one of the agent name - Kelvin Yap. On June 16, Kelvin told me that the deposit will be refunded 60 working days and I should have received it back by 2nd week of September. Unfortunately, so many excuses given by the agent and the last one was this case has been escalated to other agent. So lousy yet unprofessional agent. In addition, he told me that the developer has yet to inform him anything on my case. I am going to lodge a police report if my deposit is not being refunded. Its not about the value, but it shows how unprofessional the agent and the management are.
