β β β β β Please Don't get fooled by looking at the pictures. I paid Rm400++ for executive suite per day. They don't even have mini fridge inside the room!! Waste of money .

β β β β β None of the hotel facilities are open (no breakfast, no F&B outlets open, no laundry service, no river-side access anymore) and the hotel has seen better days; everywhere the wallpaper is peeling off, our first room was super mouldy; second room was ok but again, wall paper peeling off. This hotel used to be great, now the only great thing is its location... Plus they incorrectly charged tourism tax (10 Ringgit per room per night); because of Covid, to promote tourism, the government decided to stop collecting until end of 2021; I asked for it back and they did give it back (without apologies). I wonder what they do with these incorrectly collected taxes from every guest...

β β β β β Beautiful awesome room. We booked superior king. Bed was freaking huge. Great place to stay. Very clean and cozy. Cafe is still closed for now. 5 star hotel co concept. Walking distance to jonker and restaurants by the river. We came on a peak season yet managed to get this hotel by luck at very good rate. Great stay.
Note : Room 216 the water pressure on the shower was very low. Thank you

β β β β β The both counter person one indian lady and one malay boy was very rude to us, even we wanted to book from
agoda once reach Lobby they was didnt help us how to do, surrounding lobby was closed when we ask he said i know don't, should ask managements,working so long dont know anything,and no greetings no welcomes.end up we went and stay at imperial heritage.management should hire ppls frm hotel background,I'm a hotelier was very disappointed with the words.

β β β β β Extra Extra Big comfortable King Bed? in a considerably good size room that comes with a balcony overlooking the Melaka River. Only downside should be the corridor that has a mouldy smell. Might be due to the long unoccupancy due to covid or maybe its due to the dampness coz near to the river?ββοΈluckily the room is fine and it seems quite an old building however reasonably well maintained #msgreedysis #greedybuddiez
