★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebagai seorang OKU saya sangat berpuas hati dengan layanan pegawai JPJ Kemaman. Ada tempat menunggu khas untuk golongan seperti kami, wanita hamil dan warga emas. Saya diberi keutamaan dan ditemani sehingga selesai urusan. Saya juga selesa dengan budi bahasa serta sikap professional para pegawai.
 As a disabled person, I am very satisfied with the service of JPJ Kemaman staff. There is a special waiting area for people like us, pregnant women and the elderly. I was given priority and accompanied until the affair was over. I am also comfortable with the courtesy and professional attitude of the officers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis sangat mengecewakan. Pegawai sendiri(perempuan)(bintang 2) tak pakai mask. Ke hulu ke hilir. Direct dengan pelanggan tak pakai mask. Kalau nak utamakan warga emas, sila buka kaunter khas untuk warga emas . Arrange lah special slot utk mereka yg priority.. bahagikan kaunter dengan adil. Management system failed!! Tolong cari jalan penyelesaian.
The service was very disappointing. The officer himself (female) (star 2) did not wear a mask. Upstream to downstream. Direct with customers not wearing masks. If you want to give priority to senior citizens, please open a special counter for senior citizens. Arrange a special slot for those who have priority ... divide the counter fairly. Management system failed !! Please find a solution.
