Confirmed everything then when reached at 11.15 am, closed queing number due to Friday prayers & lot of people. JPJ melaka Bukit Katil needs better coordination & more communication within queing department, SOP allowing personnel & staff who picks up call & answers questions to public. Now need come again at 2.45 pm & office hour until 4 pm today.This is really not fair for office person who applied half day hoping settle JPJ related work. Understand thay today Friday & Christmas Eve. Accept je...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow system. Too hassled. Never stated via their website which document need to bring or which document needed to print. When i look at their website for pdf document to download, when i came to jpj, they told me the document is the old one. not the current one. they didn't even update on their website. What a shame of taxpayers money. Now is 2022, but their system is 2005.

Staff are very helpful. However the form I printed from home is an old version so need to fill up a new one there.

Think twice before come, if really need come here settle only come, else if renew license or so, can go post office. Make sure to get the right form there and fill in. Those form get from internet might not accepted at the counter
