★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services, we returned devices in good conditions to them but we cant take back our deposits RM200 due to a paper is missing. There might be a scam because they never told us that the paper is important and the deposit is collectable if paper is there. Never rent pocket wifi from them anymore. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used it to my Laos & Koh Lipe trip.
Surprisingly the connection was strong & smooth while I was in outskirt area. The battery can last at least 10 than hours so I don’t need to worry about it. The customer service at KLIA/KLIA2 also quite good & friendly.
Highly recommend RoamingMan as your portable WiFi ! Less hassle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy collection point however is a hassle to return the device once finish using after arriving back in KL as one has to go up to the departure hall to return. Better to have a return counter somewhere at arrival hall.
Rented a device to use in Vietnam, fast connection, very long batt life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time with RoamingMan, I'm glad that I choose RoamingMan for my trip at Korea. I've tried WiFibaby & TravelRecommend before, the best thing about RoamingMan is no deposit needed, the coverage and battery all are superb. The management team has done a good job in keeping the promotion available all time (we booked this order with RM 10 discount), kudos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy pickup and drop off at KLIA 1. We picked up our pocket WiFi at 5am and drop off at 1am, there’s officers there assisting us.
Battery was long lasting and WiFi speed was excellent. We got 5Mb per day. More than sufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience using the wifi rental device overseas was great as I was able to connect to whatever that is online (websites, emails, social media, etc)
However, during MCO in Malaysia, I rented the from Roamingman as well and was very disappointed as the signal kept on being laggy and I had to contact them via Whatsapp to optimise the signal. After optimizing, it works but after awhile it will go back to being laggy, not being able to load emails

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roaming Man is the most easier, long life battery and strong portable Wifi that I ever use in other country. The price is very reasonable. I did collect it from KLIA2 before my trip to Beijing in January. It is no problem to use in winter, battery life can hold for the whole day. Will be back for Roaming Man for the rest of my trip next time.
