Vicky Aimst, we did sent you full proposal with design for the first proposal you ask us to prepare and thereafter you have no response. This is the second time you ask us to prepare such proposal that will cost us 10-15 man days with design. After evaluation we decided not to invest our resouces in this unconfirmed nor committed project of yours.
