★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff, nice spot for a quiet holiday..beautiful rooms..make sure to take the room with balcony for a better view..but u can't hear the ocean waves though & do try out their spa..amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced and pretentious. High pitch wheezing from aircon blower in bedroom asking to be serviced. Disinterested counter staff working like automatons. Dining closed during this period whilst restaurants at other hotels are open. Can't get a decent chef? I believe calling their rooms in an apartment block "chalet" is gross misrepresentation. Definitely not worth RM 200/night. Even during off-peak, there's a constant stream of check-ins and outs with families and kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room Ocean Suite with balcony, the best view room :304. Near to swimming pool, restaurant, beach. Car park at parking area then have to take buggy to reception counter to check in, buggy will send you to room. Receptionist (forgot name) are rude during my check out day, if you bring extra person to your room they will charge you Rm100/200 per pax. Even though they didn't stay overnight!! So u guys pandai pandai. Breakfast was good! Swimming pool got a nice view. Spacious room. If u wish to take a photo at this resort, u may walk from the next chalet, because the beach is public, everyone can jalan sini sana. Before enter parking area, there got a security to check whether u got booking with them, not sure if you have no booking will let you enter not. Overall was good!

The sandy beach is clean & safe to swim. Drawback is you can hear sounds coming from upper floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty place but unfriendly for senior citizens who hv walking challenge. Only steps to walk down to restaurant and pool. No buggy access. But buggy service from villa to as near as possible to first round of stairs was available. Breakfast at restaurants was. Decent spread and good service.

Beach is clean and water is clear.
Pool big enough.
I like they control how many people on breakfast and dinner.
They do 1 hour slot for breakfast and dinner.
So there's no crowd.
The only downside is the dessert if someone sapu all then no more topup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is for their ocean restaurant / cafe. I was not a guest of the hotel but I came to dine in their cafe.
Staff are well trained and nice. The price is affordable and just a couple ringgit more expensive than the other cafes around the area but if you take into account the view , the pleasant staff and most importantly the air con u get, then I would say the price is very affordable.
They also have very good WiFi if u were to work in the cafe
Would definitely come back again.
