β β β β β Selama ni dah 2 tahun pergi sini. Semuanya berjalan lancar & customer service amat cepat dan peramah. Tapi kali ni, saya agak terkilan kerana sikap tiada belas kasihan. Ketika beratur di luar kepanasan, saya hanya mendapati seorang lelaki di hadapan saya duduk di kerusi tanpa offer kpd saya utk duduk. Sedangkan saya sedang hamil & perut saya tegang sangat. Saya mampu bertahan supaya tidak pitam. Sama juga dengan security di dalam. Hanya melihat tanpa tanya dan kembali bermain game di telefon. Lelaki di hadapan saya juga buat tak nampak dan bermain fon. Sedangkan dua2 lelaki tersebut sihat, gagah, besar dan nampak saya hamil. Dua2 hanya tengok sahaja. First time saya pergi menguruskan hal, pekerjanya tidak alert kpd wanita hamil. Saya tidak kisah sekiranya orang yg duduk itu tua dan sakit. Sy juga tahu belas kasihan. Maafkan sy, cuma meluahkan sikap manusia sperti ini masih wujud. Mungkin lepas ni, sy tidak akan berurusan lagi di sini. Terima kasih..
I've been here for 2 years. Everything went smoothly & customer service was very fast and friendly. But this time, I was a little upset because of the ruthless attitude. While queuing outside in the heat, I only found a man in front of me sitting in a chair without offering me a seat. While I was pregnant & my stomach was very tense. I was able to survive so as not to faint. Same with security inside. Just look without asking and go back to playing games on the phone. The man in front of me also made me invisible and played the phone. While the two men were healthy, strong, big and looked like I was pregnant. Two, just look. The first time I went to take care of things, the employees were not alert to pregnant women. I don't care if the person sitting is old and sick. Sy also knows compassion. Sorry sy, just expressing human attitudes like this still exists. Maybe after this, sy won't deal here again. Thank you..
