★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting from registration to discharge, nothing to be satisfied especially the so called specialist doctor. The doctor is very rude when talking with patient and my family. It's almost non transparency when discussing about lab findings and a lot of delay. Eventhough the guard is not as professional as other staff, you should trained them too to have some manners. After doing some background investigation on the rude doctor, his working experience is not something to impress at all and now I understand why he acted like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A staff, she looks like a busy busy staff i guess?Maybe i thought she is very polite at first, but she said my mom had a Louis Vuitton bag, which is she made a joke of it, and from this experience which i saw and also i heard it on my both ears, i just can give one star for this consultation. Thank you for letting me down, thank you for your rudeness and also thank you to the doctor who helped out my mom to be better now :) God bless :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service.Highly not recommended at all. I just cant believe the fact that government hospital is far better than salam “specialist” in terms of staff services especially staff from covid19 swab test section from what i had experienced. U will thanks to me later. Dont waste your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love all experiences with the doctors here. Dr Lim (paed) is soft spoken, passionate on what he is doing, always kind and attentive to my kids and I am very sure to all his little patients. Will always be our no 1 choice for our kids. Dr Nasir (gynea) & Dr Sabri (anest) are also very accommodating & very much helpful during my delivery in Salam back in 2019.
One thing that I believe Salam KT should really strive to improve is their billing department. It is really painful to have to wait so long just to settle the payment. They are indeed understaffed and the process is such a hustle. I don’t get it why I have to write name /IC / signature for so many papers every single time. I never have to do that in other private hospital in KL. Average waiting time to get the payment is 1-1.30hrs when there are many patients (which is almost all the time) and i really think it is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading all the bad review, no wonder i also had a bad experience. Very poor services and below expectation especially when using our own money like me. Highly not recommend at all. I just cant believe the fact that government hospital is far better than Salam Hospital. The staffs and the guard was very unprofessional at all. Their have no ethical to the patients and their guardians. I think the management should train them to have some manners when dealing with the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my third time here. Service is great, in fact has improved much from time to time, waiting time is acceptable and doctor is knowledgeable to solve my medical issue. Not a very big hospital but it is well equipped and doctors are very helpful. After all, I'm healthy again ??? Thanks!
