โ โ โ โ โ Not because of the place but the personnel..especially staff name ros..very well manners staff,always smile even though there is complaint.she can change a stressful experience to a cheerful one.very professional n should be awarded..highly recommended on being promoted or getting award..

My experience to share is better call service center b4 heading straight there coz not all keep the parts. Went to Wisma Bentley & 1U no stock & it might take more than 5days to get it done ?โโ๏ธ
Thanks to Sunway Pyramid Service Center keep this part as stock to help Samsung user ?
Repair cost RM1,000.00 ?

โ โ โ โ โ Service was good. My Samsung S22 Ultra had charging problem. Replaced the charging port within 2 hours because still under warranty. Luckily my data was not deleted or removed. Good job done.

โ โ โ โ โ NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PHONE! The zflip screen spoiled after just 8 months! Brought to service centre and told me warranty was void! No point spending on rubbish!

โ โ โ โ โ Initially i was afraid to bring my samsung device to this service centre, given a lot of negative comments.
However, i decided to try luck and walk in to check on my Samsung Tab due to location concerns.
End up. It's really a pleasant experience from their receptionist Ms.Nisa, and Repair staff - Mr.Hiro.
My Samsung Tab send in for checking at the morning around 11am, afternoon i receive call from them informing what to do on my device and ready to collect around 6pm.
Thumbs up.
I'm big fan of Samsung, thks for team of Samsung Service Centre@Sunway.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a good experience with the center. Called before coming to ensure necessary stocks or spare parts are available. They may be busy and I got through after 1~2 attempts, not too bad to my standard. I replaced my crack screen within 2 hours on a weekday and I'm happy with the service!

โ โ โ โ โ Service is ok but truly disappointed with how Samsung not the particular SC handle the issue with my phone. I'm on of the many out there which impacted with screen damage after software update. Just by seeing the phone they able to identify it is hardware damage and they aware many other phone had the same issue. When there are many phones out there got their screen damage due to overheating since software update, why still the user need to pay for the replacement and not compensate by Samsung. My phone is less than 2 years and cost me about RM4k. If their flagship phone can have such issue and damage within 2 years due to such problem then this should not called as flagship. Samsung Community page flooded with complaints of the same issue and no action from Samsung than just blaming user for overheating. I have total 4 phone within my friends circle with same issue just after update.
Samsung take responsibility!
