★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a little bit hard to find and it's very difficult to find parking. I took my stereo system there to be repaired, and they couldn't help me because the broken part isn't available anymore. So, because of a tiny touch screen that malfunctioned, I can't use the six speakers blu ray home theater system at all. Samsung sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not have a sense of service. On 21st they said it would take up to 3 days. The technician called on 26 n said he was informed on 26th. No apologies or explanations.
Cost of new LED panel is RM2500. New equivalent TV (latest technology) is RM2600.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2017 S8+ keeps restarting, so I decided to send it to Samsung Service Centre at Sunway Pyramid to troubleshoot and resolve the problem on 26 June 2020. The next day, I got a call and told that it's Power IC problem, need to change. The following day, I informed them that if the problem is resolved, can also change the battery. On 28 June, received message that my phone is repaired and I can collect my phone. Later, I was told not to come, need to check further. A week later, I was told ok already so I went pick up assuming it was repair since I couldn't test it and have to charge the new battery at home. After fully charging the battery, I tried to reinstall my apps but the restarting problem started again. So I bought it back to Samsung Service Centre to resolve the issue. One week later, I was told problem resolved and can collect it again. This time I charged and tested the phone before bringing it home and found that the problem not resolved and my camera is not functioning anymore. I told them to recheck it and after another week, I was told that now it's the motherboard problem. I decided not to go ahead and asked for a refund (Power IC and battery) since there's no guarantee that it'll resolve the problem. When I went home to recharge the battery, the phone went totally blank and couldn't on at all. Overall, the counter staff, Cik Ros, Cik Dayang, Encik Hiro and Mr. Adam are friendly, courteous and helpful. I also received my full refund 1 week later as agreed.

Week and still have not informed what is happening. 3 callS to Samsung customer care and they gave this service centre contact. Called service centre (this number) and no answer. I will NEVER get any Samsung products again! Pity that I have so many.
