★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one pickup the phone. i was calling 6-7 times to the outlet but no one was picking up the phone. i was there earlier purchasing Chocolate Indulgence whole cake, but no receipt was given to me due to the printer is broken. So, i said okay and will get it later. but after that, when i called the outlet to reconfirm the receipt has been printed for me to collect it, no one was answering the phone. i have waited till the phone goes to mailbox service. the service over there is really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not up to standard. I've stopped by a few times trying to get a table but left because staff ignored us at the entrance. Managed to get a seat this time but the food was sub par. Pasta overcooked and drenched in oil, not seasoned well. Disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Judging by the comments here, many people experience the same bad customer service that I experienced. I was here to buy a whole cake and when I asked the availability of the cake the staff didn’t even bother looking at me and just replied “takde” to my questions. Also while i was there they just received new stocks of cakes and the workers simply threw around the empty boxes while there are people dining! Train. Your. Workers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aglio e olio tasted as if it were microwaved from a bag - bland, pasta was mushy. The Ipoh soup noodles was just as bad - soup was bland, noodles were not the fresh ones (think it’s the dehydrated type), presentation was bad. Service staff couldn’t see us and there’s no bell for attention. Overpriced for the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very disgusting dine in experience here on 9/5/22 night. Had order a hainan chicken chop and the chicken was found not cook at the inner side when we left a few last bite . Talked to the waiter and showed them exactly which part is not cooked. The waiter ask us to wait as he had informed the kitchen about this mistake. Waited for 15 mins and the outcome disgusted us. They return us with the COOKED LEFTOVER! I wonder if they use the same oil that fried our chicken chop and serve it to other customer! Hey! We don’t need that last bite to fill our hunger and instead we hope you can solve this mistake in a more proper way other than re-fry the last bite and serve it again! Where is the ethic of cooking?
