I'm disappointed they didn't approach me for refund after over a week of not sending my slice of cake which cost 16.8 including delivery..I called them and they updated me with an email i sent my receipt and i was not contacted anymore.

Location: inside Tropicana Garden mall, easy to access
Staff: friendly and responsive
Dishes: have a lot of variation, and the taste satisfied
Food: Thai style fried rice, Curry Mie and Bento set
Drink: plum lime juice, lemon tea and brown sugar with milk Boba
Price: reasonable and worth it
Cleanliness: two thumbs
Remarks: they set up the place and menu look like fine dinning restaurant, they also provided fish chips while we waiting for the dishes. Overall it's good experience, for sure will come here again and try other dishes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secret Recipe has always been my favorite place to have coffee, cakes, bites and even other sumptuous meals. To my surprise after visiting this outlet today, may never come again.
Food is horrendous
My mushroom sauce was replaced with mushroom soup
Chicken was hard , old and chewy
My honey lemon tasted like a fizzy cordial lemonade drink with white sugar syrup
and lastly the customer service is unwelcoming
Seriously the outlet needs a QC.
