β β β β β The worst wantan noodles I've ever had. I had to throw them away....bitter, soggy and just 2 mouthful. The noodle is not even wantan noodles....taste horrible and it's too expensive..thumbs down

β β β β β I ordered half roasted chicken and 5 packs of rice. All good, but very disappointing to see that only a small container of the chili and soy gravy given which is good for one person. How to eat the rest of the roasted chicken with rice alone? You should have at least given an option for customers to purchase if the half chicken does not come with the chili. Is there a way for me to share a pic of the miserable amount of chili provided which was in one of the 5 boxes of rice.

β β β β β Food was great but service is not good at all. Staff did not assist when ordering (note that order through scan) every customer deserve some explanation. After fail to order, staff order for us but order arrived at wrong table. Staff did not friendly at all

β β β β β This The Chicken Rice Shop (TCRS) outlet is situated at concourse floor of Tropicana Gardens Mall; which is the mall are not fully occupied by tenants yet. TCRS famously with their lunch time promotion and their Chicken Rice Day promotion on 18th every month to enjoy one 1/4 chicken portion (a la carte) for RM1.80 only (T & C applied). Overall, based on my few times dining here, the food is good but service is still a bit slow. "TCRS...not just the chicken rice!"

β β β β β The foods is excellent and great portion size. Nothing less. Servers at this branch are good and very helpful. Food is serves quickly. The grilled butter chicken is fire!! I've been waiting for the comeback of this seasonal menu and I'm so glad I didn't miss it before it ended. This shop not the nearest outlet from my house but will definitely come again whenever I craving for chicken rice shop. (P.s: the rice not come in love shape, I made it while waiting for my gbc ?)
