★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt cheated. Please don't go there. I walked in to the Premium outlets in Genting Highlands. My intention was to only buy a good specs frame but cheated me showing a booklet from Crizal saying transitions is offered on a 50% rebate and I fell for it. When they sent me my specs ( I bought 2 specs), they sent me a frame with a ILT glass and not with Crizal or Essilor lens. When asked later after I had my specs couriered to me, they said, it was never mentioned the offer was for Crizal and the price range is different, when everything they said was on the Crizal booklet. The price shown for transitions classic is 420 RM which they said would give for a 50% rebate for 210 RM. They finally sent me another brand lens called ILT for 210. That's one of the many ways they cheat you.Please don't go there unless you want to be goofed up and cheated? Never going there again. When you call them, they don't pickup the call.So that's how good the after sales support is. Real Jerks!!
