โ โ โ โ โ Went for RTK drive thru, after sample taken, the mo told me I'm -ve within 5 mins, which I think is not proper. The test kit should wait 15 mins. Seem not proper than clinic. Somemore mo is rude.
While I ask the pic why less than 5 mins, they answered me if want accurate should do pcr.........

โ โ โ โ โ Visit Dr Bernard from orthopedic with my mum to check her bone today .
Very experienced and patience doctor that explains carefully and giving us lots of great advise as my mum was so worried after her body check up reports that shows her bone density not in good shape .
Sheโs relieved after seeing Dr Bernard ! Thanks so much ! ??

โ โ โ โ โ The staff and the nursing team are not professional and insensitive in handling a baby patient. Feedback given to doctor but they cant do much. The services and ward equipment are poor but charges is high (over-priced).

โ โ โ โ โ Had good experience with Pickids at Sungai Long Speacialist Hospital. Staff nurse very friendly. My son is very comfortable. The vaccination process went smoothly. Recommended!

Parking space is very limited.
Environment looks new and clean.
Have to wait about 10 minutes with less than 3 visitors at lobby early morning for registration.
Staffs are too busy to attend your need, I have to ask whether can proceed to leave after wait for another 10 mins doing nothing.
Doctor L just skim through the results and say very little despite several highlighted areas after review the report at home.
Literally stay in doctor room for less than 2 minutes to review 2 reports with no other visitors during appointment time. Worst consultation ever and you get what you paid for especially at discounted price.
The good side is they have their own lab and report is available within 2 hours.

โ โ โ โ โ Contacted 2 personnel for more details about the basic "48 Health Screening Test".
The first lady ask me to liaise with her another colleague once she knew I am only interested about the most basic test.
The second lady dint even bother to reply me after I rejected to add on optional test.
Good, really for the purpose of earning money.
