โ โ โ โ โ I think the M.A.C stuff needs to be improved, because I went in and asked for comments and suggestions about some lipsticks. After all, they are professional, but the advice given to me is not at all professional.
Compared to other brands, M.A.C sunway pyramid branch stuff make me feel bad experience.

โ โ โ โ โ There is one idiotic chinese salesman whom acted in racism manner, tak layan. As though he is paying for us. He was less interested in serving us. Im sure the store manager don't give a damn on this.

โ โ โ โ โ Suck service,very bad attitude to the customer.I had listened 1employee girl who to saying that customer need to buy or not if didn't wants to buy then no need to serve her.I ask something questions for the male employee which lipstick are more recommend ,they would don't want to give more recommendation to u and just ignored.When I making a payment, that girls very impatient to make my lipstick fall down and just throw my lipstick inside the paper bag.No more next time to purchase in this outlet ?.

โ โ โ โ โ Had an annoying experience with this one particular male employee working there with his ridiculously-matched lenses. Had to wait for more than 10 minutes for someone to come by and help you out to check whether an item is available or not (and it was a weekday with hardly any customers). Clearly, he was the only employee at that time who was less busy compared to the others and he couldn't give a damn about two customers standing there. Guess our middle class,no fancy makeup face gave him an impression. We're the customers, M.A.C. Been using your products for years and is this the kind of employees you hire. In the end, his face changed when i told the cashier that I have a M.A.C membership over there. So disappointing.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad attitudes of the BA(beauty assistants) and they will looks down on the customers. Hello? There are a lot of brands that high class than you! So dont think your brand is very high class ok? The BA of other brands that high class than your are not so arrogant, why do you think you can look down on customers? The money you make also come from customer consumption!

โ โ โ โ โ The sales girl was not professional, lack of knowledge/common sense/lazy suggesting me a dark face powder for product I never used before. Normally I trusted those product with good brand because we pay for their service. But this one is just a disgrace to MAC reputation. Now I have to carry the darker shade or give it to whoever suitable. Such a waste of time & money. I will never buy anything again from MAC especially when we could get a better service somewhere else. Sayonara MAC cosmetic!!!
