★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the Welcome Centre on 4.8.2019, Sunday to obtain further information on Setia Alaman, was impressed with the warm welcome from the minute my family and i got down from our car. Thumbs up to the welcoming words coming from the buggy ride driver and the door keeper.
At the Centre our queries were answered by a gentleman by the name of Mr. Poon who was very well informed and answered all our queries on point. The welcome drink and coffee offered were certainly appreciated. We left for the day but surely will return to be your customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spacious property centre with display and information on their property. There are also sufficient parking and there is buggy service as well. At times they hold event at the parking area as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As at Dec 2021, not much available on offer. They have sold out their latest launch for all the properties at Bywater. What left now are some unsold units at Setia City Residence setia city mall. Futire launch by Q1/2 2022 is Setia Alaman development opposite Klang Sentral.
