★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales and kitchen planner is good. However their schedule management and risk management is not good. One step/ one date rescheduling that will cost you unknown waiting time.
Do engage them if you are not urgent and don't mind waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Louzy service. Called customer service 1800 number and HQ fixed line and no one seems to pick up the calls. If tomorrow i have any issue with the product then i won't get any support. I went to Bandar Putri brach to enquire my order since no response for my messages from one of the staff for site visit arrangement, one rude staff, Shan kind of blocked me asking do I have appointment! How louzy the way he receives customers. I hope that I get my deposit and move to better service provider.
