β β β β β Generally, visiting a dentist is a dreadful experience for many, either from traumatic experiences in the past or just afraid of the pain that awaits when youβre on the doctorβs chair. Or both.
However, the experience at Smile was surprisingly pleasant. From the booking process to the consultation as well as the procedure itself.
Dr Aric took the time to explain (in laymanβs term) and make sure the patient understood whatβs happening every step of the way. The nurses are also attentive and helpful.
PS: If you have sensitive gum, try the toothbrush thatβs sold at the counter (comes in multicolour - both handle and bristles; who says toothbrush needs to look boring). A bit pricy but works wonders.

β β β β β I did my scaling here. The front desk is friendly and Dr Aric would explain in detail and advise accordingly. Maybe due to my teeth condition, it was a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

β β β β β I always go to Smile Avenue in Publika for dental cleaning and whitening. The staff is always friendly, very professional and the dentist is knowledgeable. I like that they can also recommend dental care brands to make the whitening last longer. Appointment booking through WhatsApp is very easy.

Iβve visited few different dentist but none of them are comparable to Smile Avenue, and Iβve been regularly visited them for the past 7 years. Dr. Aric and Dr.Joanne is very detailed and professional. The Nurse is also very friendly and helpful for after care assistance. I recommended lot of friends and they are very satisfied with their services too.

β β β β β Did a crowning and few teeth fillings here by Dr. Aric. Iβve visited few other dentists before, but I could say Iβve received the best service here in Smile Avenue, as well as the quality materials they use for treatment.
Friendly staff helped me to make several appointments Iβve needed, they keep reminding me about my appointment and keep following up after the treatment.
