β β β β β Really disappointing service by the shop assistant - a foreign guy, tall, lanky. I went in looking for a specific product and model, he told me that they didn't carry it. I asked if he could help me check with the other branches to see which had it because I wanted to purchase it. He said, he can give me the numbers but he refused to help me call them to find out. Usually when you go to a branch of a brand, and they don't have a product, they wouldn't mind helping out a customer, especially a serious one like myself, who was ready to purchase right away, find out where I could head to, but nope, he flat out refused. So I walked out and wrote this review. Customer service can truly make or break a brand and outlet. Am never visiting this outlet again
