★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, went for a promotion facial, they were very pushy from consultation to facial , very hard sell. Start selling package before facial already and give conclusions about your skin after 2 scans. During the facial, mask was only put some cream on your face and let it dry, only extraction + collagen mask , not even shoulder massage as stated. And then rest for a long time with nothing , the facial if I pay will only add one more treatment , but the overall experience is worse than what I would do at home . Feels like did not hv facial. no machines except for the steaming. Worst facial experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all.. this place is very run down and old! they will let you sit in a small pity consultation room and sell you to pay more for extra treatments.
Then during the extraction they start to hard sell you to buy their product or more treatments again. Super hard sell!!! “Take lah, you don’t want meh.. don’t want one for yourself meh..” I’ve told you no, thanks!!!
On top of that, the extraction is freaking painful!! I’ve never ever had such painful experience in other salons at all my life!! It’s not about my face dirty or not. The lady’s skill is terrible!!! And then say it’s painful because I didn’t take their extra treatment. Freaking bulls.
Then they use the “KOREA HYDRA GUN” , only for less than a minute. I don’t know seriously what’s the point of that?!?!
Never ever come here again! NEVER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this Beauty salon. They will bring u to a small confine space and force sell u to upgrade the package etc. Utterly uncomfortable experience. Don’t come here if u think u can’t handle it

Extraction so painful, cleansing not done properly, like very stingy with the cleanser and scrub. not even cleansing at my chin area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees at headquarters from Seremban is friendly and helpful. I think their front desk at Mid Valley is not so friendly. The shops is located opposite of Kim Gary (The Gardens Mall side). I did RM 11 promo facial + RM5 for other materials. My consultant is friendly, she offered blanket, cleanse my face, then cold steam, extraction, mask, face massage, add oxygen, cleanse, and mask (can't remember the exact steps). She did some selling, but I personally find it too expensive, 1 ampoule about RM 180 if I remember correctly, so I didn't sign up. The whole session took about 1 hour plus.

FB them whatapps them also explained said the whole process take around 1 to 2 hour.. but at the end...not even 1 hour.....
Reached and wait for 20min, ask when can start then only bring us to the small room.
Explanation and the step on treatment also not detail.
If first trial also having bad experience, how customer going to sign the package with you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came for the Rm18 promotion but said need to extra charge rm200 for ampulse full service? when i rejected for it, they rlly like forcing me to sign it? extremely pushy. but the facial experience was quite nice as it didnt give me so much pain. but overall i will not recommend people come for treatments or coming again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of service is very bad, consider worst facial treatment I ever had. At first, they lead you to a small room for 'consultation'. Right after we sat down, she immediately took out the payment machine and asked us to pay.
After all, she talk and tell nonsense for about 15minutes and started to hard sale their package. So we took the cheapest one, same thing there she forced us to do the payment beforehand.
Their service and attitude immediately change after you paid. The girl who did facial for me make me so speechless. They use the cheap brand face wash and simply wipe off the bubble around your face. After washing my face, she put on a soft mask on my face and left me 20 minutes inside the room for nothing. She came in again to wipe of the mask and told me she's done.
I was like "what?!"
In short, poor service. All this thing I can do myself at home instead of paying RM158 for them to waste my time.
Last but not least, never ever to consider do facial here. They talk but they cant do anything.
