★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked samples to try it out because wanted to try since first time using Kiehl's, heard the products are very good. Was excited to try out some samples but was served by an unfriendly female employee Kimberly. Can see that she wasn't too keen to serve me as I was just asking for samples rather then buying it. She didn't even smile at all, face is like someone can't even come out their own poop. No offence but it's definitely not a pretty sight to see or look at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Kathleen Hong is very rude and condescending. Unfriendly and was rushing to chase us out. She needs to be sent for manners class to learn how to work better with customers.
If you're looking for Kiehls products, please consider other outlets like NU sentral where the staff are much nicer.

I can say that this is THE WORST Kiehl's outlet
after previous Calendula Event experience
And I will never walk in this outlets
I dont think you still remember me as your manager also didnt take my complaint seriously
No update after that
Advice for all
Choose other outlet to avoid unhappy shopping experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best of the best customer service, cheers for "Shima" she the best ??? just look for her when u want to look for anything so friendly and will share her personal opinion with you for those products that she used before. Being a customer service should have this kind of attitude to let people feel that is worth to buy from you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time getting a product from Kiehl’s. Since most of my friends are fan of Kiehl’s, so i went and do a skin test with my friend during the event time. After done all the skin test, we bought some products. And all the member registration things, my friend asked the SA “so did my friend get the pouch or any welcome gift as a new member?” And the SA response was shocked and unexpected. She said “oh we are giving out pouch, but the gift only give out to those non member”.
I was like seriously? You only give to those non member. Then whats the point of me joining member and get nothing. My friend felt sorry to me cuz she was so excited to introduce this product to me. And end up i get nothing. I did not blame the SA cuz i believe this is part of company sop. But i think the SA should told those new member that they DID NOT meet the minimum purchase rather then ‘we only give non member’. Which doesnt make any sense.
Overall the service by the SA was good. Good experience except the welcome gift part.
