★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there to buy something. When me and my friend entered, 3 sales women avoid us and they speaking in bahasa that "corona blah blah". I was so embarrassed so i couldnt say anything..
What a shame. This is totally racism and uneducated behavior
It was very bad experience and i will never go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manage to buy perfume oil before the store will close for Movement Control Order, the staff is friendly and helpful. However, poor the staffs because someone misunderstood them being racist while they were trying to tell the customers about the Movement Control Order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing to say much. Bad service ever and the staff are not friendly. She (malay chubby lady staff) very rude when answering my questions. She looks very anger when I asking about my skin condition and ask her the suggestion. I know shes not beauty consultant but yeahh you must well trained and knowledgeable. Remember, they dint like if we asking the price i guess. this lady start 'tarik muka' and she throw the calculator into her apron when I said 'ok thanks ya'. Please plan what you gonna buy before you enter this shop. If not you will get anger face from bodyshop angel. Dear BodyShopMalaysia please pay attention on every review and use this as benchmarks for staff KPI.

Dear Sir/madam, I had pay my visit on 9th December, and it was totally disappointing as one of the staff is really rude when I ask her to show me a range of hand cream and shampoo. She answered rudely and gave me the impatient look. And I ask her for suggestions, she just say you try then you know. Didn’t even bother to explain more about the product. As a representative of your brand, they should educate customer on the product information. Please improve your customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service!! The Indian girl commented that my sister is kedekut stingy in Malay. This comment is uncalled for and she has no right to be rude to a customer. People have the right to buy or don't buy. Will never step foot in there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the shop and was asked to queue as limited No of people were only allowed in the store. Once I was allowed, a Malay saleswoman kept annoying and pressuring to buy more product that I didn’t want, saying “ambil lah untuk awak, beli lagi satu, jadi member” (if you buy an X amount), etc. I was constantly nagged, rushed and didn’t even leave me in peace for one moment to think about my purchase. Lousy experience at the store and I regret entering.
I get it’s Saturday early Christmas crowd but really unprofessional and sly. After purchase I was asked to leave the store and wait outside for my stuff to accommodate more crowd. I will never go again and recommend others to go somewhere better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited there to enquire on their product for a family member and at first the girl was quite nice and helpful but because it wasn’t my purchase, she gave me a death stare when I said I’ll come later. I never went back after , like why be mean to a customer that was willing to purchase it ? I bought it online shortly after.
