★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible management and security, lift problem. Wifi is a very big problem here. I heard that only celcom is available here and that too is very slow. If your work needs internet connection then better find another place. No point complaining to management. They don't care. And also i heard they have contract with celcom so no other telco can get access here. This is terrible.
The only positive thing is nature. Yes it has a park nearby and surrounding is full of green. At night the view is awesome, looking at nature, and monkeys play around. But still it's not 100% nature around. There a building and construction works. So in my opinion im glad to be near nature and terrible without internet coverage. Luckily im on a rent. Really felt bad for those who bought house here. Oh and the one star im giving is for the nature not this condo.

Believe it you will cry, a lot Airbnb outsider, no security & safe. All carpark
dirty and no cleaning, leaking everywhere, wall is flat condition. Surrounding was project place and noisy sound whole day night non stop. Facilities open on 9am to 10pm. The funny things is gym open at working hour time, which is no earlier gym before work. What the management BJ home are doing? Sleep in office? worst management at Malaysia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good security services. Freehold condominium with reasonable prices. It's not super overpriced like the surrounding new projects in Bukit Jalil. I have been living here for 1.5 years. There is a lot of spaces to jog which is very rare in condominium these days. This condominium also has a lot of privacy, and it's not too busy or noisy like the other condominiums that I stayed in the past in Bukit Jalil. It's a good place to relax and unwind after work. A lot of youngsters in the middle income group are staying here, most of them are young professionals. Overall it's a great decision for me to live here.

But food store less, those wo want rent or buy unit or rent commercial office please deep deep consider wisely, otherwise will lost profit and value. Facilities no well maintain, lift breakdown everyday, condition no like high rise, more seem like flat Rumahwip. Wall crack for the unit due surrounding project and noisy, no peach n rest. The most worst was the BJ home development own management in Malaysia

New security hired by management like cleaner, worst monitor guard and safety. Lift breakdown several time no update & no repair, lobby dirty like PPR flat. Quality rubbish chute bad, throw heavy things like a boom sound, worst sound proof, other blocks also can hear. Sound project worst at surrounding. Please thinks twice if you consider rent or buy

Those who give high star was the management person or agent been hired by BJ homes development. Security new hired terrible then before, facilities no good at all, cleanliness common area and corridor worst more then PPR flat. Parking area flood for every raining time at basement, no improvement checking by management.

But the night mare dream is start now because the project front block B was noisy whole day night non stop and effect the sleeping. We have write in and walk in to Management BJ home but is was ignore and no action taken to sue the location project. It was regret the condo have this type Management. Interior was worst and can't imagine

Here to proved what the user say good buy…good value…
U buy u cry….suffer 24 hours with project sound non stop. Pity who buy or rent…..
Management BJ home useless with own management no border resident complain and ignore.
Hopefully case submitted to COB will take action against BJ homes development.
