HE QUOTED A DIFFERENT RATE OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU ARRIVED AT THE COUNTER JUST LESS THAN 15 MINS, THE RATE CHANGES (MORE MONEY NEEDED TO BUY).
NO HONESTY IN DOING BUSINESS AND WASTING MY TIME TRAVELLING ALL THE WAY THERE. FEEL CHEATED.
