★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located south of Kuala Lumpur about 10 km from the capital city. Easy exit to all location. Such as Petaling Jaya old and new town, Bangsar, Midvalley, Klang etc. This Condo provides security guards. Each and everyone who leaves in this condo are provided with security excess card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can find another place to stay please do, this building not well maintan,lift always broken ,no maintanance available.security guard .only stay in the guard house , luckly now they change to really standart security guard.but still non resident still can enter ,cause security no checkfor resident pass.
always have problem with water ; no preasure at all,if you open bathroom water ,your sink will not have water .and yess the water is dirty too, please install water filter.
...for security please remember to validate your excess card every 3 month .wich i found really stupid not convinience at all,cause ive been renting for mostly 4 years here.we really need to frequently renew.if not you wont be able to used lift /enter the building.
There have 1 small shop inside this location BUT Please dont buy .... Cause once ive bought an expired item from the shop, ya my bad.
The best thing about this location , its convinience as you have speedmart,mamak,7 eleven ,kfc dobi nearby.(not in this apartment area).its outside,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place should not even be the last choice for you stay.
Two major drawback:
1. Despite you paying your management fee timely, your access card won’t work. And that will happen exactly on a day where the next day is holiday. You will either need be stranded at your own house or disturb the security guards every single time you wanna use the elevator. Please take note that you need access card to go down the elevator.
Update: You got to renew your access card every 3 months. I wonder which smart brain came up with this system. Seriously?!!
2. Cockroaches everywhereeeeeeeeee!!!! You’ll need to get used to the fact that you gonna live with big fat black flying cockroaches.
Bonus points: rude and inconsiderate staff at the management office.
