★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST courier company. Tracking number provided is not usable, why even bother to give a tracking number. Phone number on website also not working. Ordered item 2 weeks ago, until now I still don't know where my item went. If you see a shop using this courier on Lazada, avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really angry for this courier, and Lazada automatic assign it to the seller, if can choose, we really don't want this irresponsible courier to handling our parcel. Fake phone number , slow performance, Lazada shouldn't cooperate with them anymore if lazada want to take over Shopee in Malaysia. For our Lazada customer who still looking for the the parcel to arrive, we really want to apology to you all, we've try our very best to communicate with this courier ,but end up also no response. Really sorry for all the inconvenience caused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got assigned to this courier from Lazada is it is definitely a nightmare. it was transferred from "The Lorry" to "iKargo", I can't understand why there is this kind of arrangement. The transit process was way longer because of the handover process.
The item was originally supposed to be delivered by 2pm, but then the driver later didn't update me about "Lorry Rosak" hence I came back home for nothing. And after i texted the driver then I was only informed about this.
Edit: The customer support (Alia) was helpful enough to arrange the item to be delivered after office hour. The CS responded quite fast and arrange the delivery immediately. But the driver attitude was bad.
The whole delivery took about 6-7 days, if it was Gdex skyent or J&T it would probably be 1-2 days. You should expect the similar experience like other ppl here if your lazada seller is shipping through ikargo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel took more than 1 week to reach. The attitude of deliveryman is fine. However, when I seek for delivery update, they keep telling me "tomorrow" for 3 times, it needs me to stay at home simply just to wait for the arrival of parcel, and would just "seen" my whatsapp status without giving any update. This is a very bad delivery experience for iKargo. I don't expect such a bad and confusing scheduling system for a delivery company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier ever. No proper tracking. When it's almost the deadline to deliver, just cheat by updating the system as "Delivery Attempt Not Successful". But in actual scenario, they never attempt all. Worst worst worst ever!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow delivery. Check on lazada no update, check with lazada customer servicw, they said lack of updates. The tracking system on iKargo website takes forever to load, and their Live Chat is a blank page.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should not deserve a star. Worse delivery company I ever encounter. I cant brain why Lazada still using this courier. Even lodge a formal report to Lazada to terminate I kargo service. Till now 17days after seller drop the parcel to their company, I still did not receive my parcel. The status has been the same 'parcel near your distribution center' for the past 17 days. Called Lazada twice, was informed they will talk to i kargo to expedite the delivery. But, outcome still the same. I doubt why this kind of company still got support from big company such of Lazada with this slower than snail delivery service. If somehow Lazada assign this courier for your parcel, I wish you the best of luck. Remember, its never the seller fault, cause Lazada who assign the courier for delivery.
