Good place to live. Station at doorstep.

Goodyear Court 3 has the convenience of many things due to its location. It is the closest goodyear Court to Taipan (2 to 3 minutes drive), the only goodyear Court 'attached to a LRT station', and the ibu pejabat police station is just less than a minute drive away. Goodyear Court 3 is one of the two only courts nearest to two government schools for both primary and secondary. It is no issue for the children to walk to school on their own. It also has a tuition centre right next to it. The best satay in subang is literally opposite the entrance and is walking distance to a number of eateries. From there, you are literally spoilt for choice for car workshops in that area if you need to do any car repairs. It has 7 shopping malls to pick from within 10 km radius, closest being Da Men mall, Summit, Main Place, One city, SS15 Courtyard, Subang Parade and of course the world class mall, Sunway pyramid. And 3 hypermarkets (In and near Da Men mall) - Jaya grocer, Giant and Mydin. The KESAS highway is minutes drive away and Federal highway is also very accessible. For its price (median of rm350k for buying and rm1.1k for rent for 3bed2bath) and with very affordable maintenance fees (approx rm90 for gated and guarded), its a steal in a number of ways. The management is pretty good and responsive, common areas are clean regularly and rubbish collected on clockwork schedule. Mosquito fogging is done often and car park lots are none issue. The area is also big enough to do walks and jogging which many do so in the morning and evening. The place is often alive from evening to night, with people and kids playing and talking at the playground within court 3. Now for the downsides, it is an old property (perhaps over 20 years) so if you're buying, you would need some amount or money to renovate and refurbish. However, all units come with marble floor, with polishing done, it can look very classy. The tennis and basketball court are not maintained which is a waste as it would have easily give more plus points to the place. There are also clothes blown onto awnings which are left there and portions of walls on a number of blocks with walls looking bad due to leakage not looked into. Lastly, it's a walk up apartment. So if you're staying at the top, it can be inconvenient in a number of ways. However, there are a number of elderly people who stay on the 3rd and 4th floor and have no issue going about it. In a way, it forces you to have some 'exercise' if you want to go home ;)

Building manager really rude. Said gutter pipe connect with sink. Use his high voice in front of many people. Even the worker more worse. Management fees is not worth a penny..have to clean outside the house by ourself. Fogging? Not even once ...(not in budget?) Rats? A lot of it...biased with shoplot people ....guard? Also worse .... Not even worth 1 star.. coz all is worse and worse..
