★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give up on this outlet, maybe need to venture bit further to try other outlets. I have many times feedback each time I visit this outlet to buy my sub. Could be because the turnover of staff very high here, everytime new staff does the same mistake. Skimping on the fresh veges to make it easier for them to do the final wrap. Even so less veges thus less bulky, they still have difficulty wrapping it up as I was observing. A few tries of unfolding and rewrapping before they can finalised the work. What is Subway all about, what makes Subway attractive to patrons like us ...is non other than the abundance of fresh juicy veges. I am done with this outlet. Seriously not worth the trip and money. Had given many feedbacks for them to improve. Like I mentioned probably new set of crews. It makes felt bad like I I complain out of nothing. Is just simply because I have been pampered with plumper subs at the place I reside before I moved here. I know the what a typical good Subway should be like. This outlet definitely failed miserably again, and again. I am sadly missing the joy of biting into thick juicy layering of fresh veges. May luck be with me in the search of a true blue Subway. Maybe someone can drop me a recommendation here. Around Simpang Ampat area. Greatly appreciate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very friendly and satisfactory services by the staffs. The subs are well prepared and with the right amount of ingredients. This outlet has less crowd, as most customers tend to take away, which is kind of good, if you are looking for a quiet place to sit down and have a meal. Located at the end corner lot of pearl city mall.
