★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to your team at suki-ya ipc. Good service. The lady in black uniform very helpfull. They even informing the waiting time and taking order in advance.The queue is not long since the team was so fast clearing the table. More likely to come here rather than other outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the male staff who was wearing all black was a bit rude to us. we asked nicely if we could sit together as a group or have an extra person at our table which he said no which was fine. however, he said it with such a rude tone and rolled his eyes at us.
our friends (3 of them were at the table and another 2 hadn’t arrived) sitting at a separate table also complained that another waiter kept going to their table to ask if our other friends were coming or not every 15/20 mins which made them feel uncomfortable. mind you, this was around 5/6pm where there were still many tables available. it was pretty unnecessary to disrupt our meals like that when they have already sat and started eating already.
the food and other staff were alright but the customer service could improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to eat. A lil bit hot inside i think the restaurant should increase a lil bit of room temperature since they serve steamboat. Also ape yang tak best is they limit 2 hours only per entrance then if stay lebih daripada timing tu kene charge?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opening hours is 11am - 10pm, but they should adjust it to 11:30am instead because they actually open at 11 but nothing is ready, they take 20-30 mins to setup / clean the shop.. they will only allow customers to enter after they’re done with setting up, resulting in a queue / crowd forced to wait outside..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and bestie...Went there for the 1st time after 1 year plus..ordered tomato soup base. Food was ok. There give us free chickenball and meatballs, 4pcs total..
Staffs not sttentive. Need to call twice so they replenish my tomato souo that is already becoming a tomato sauce as its slowly evaporating. If this is perfect then, 5 stars will be given

Gave 5 star before how flexible we can walk in and arrange the reservation timing but have to changed the rating to 1 star only as yesterday we went at around 8pm and they don't allow us to come in as they say they already close for walk in since 7.30pm. Apparently it applies to all outlet nowadays. They didn't mention this new policy in their website, we can't reach them via call before coming and the notice in front of the shop said 8pm closed for walk in. When I arrived there is empty table as a group of customer just left after but they don't bother to clean the table and still did not allow us to sit in. It was just around 8pm. We came from far to have a good dinner together and we were just left hanging there. Very bad service. Very disappointed. Please improve.

Better to come here then pavilion and putrajaya branch as it less people and table layout is better. Came here twice this month only. Quite addicted if you love steamboat. Best to enjoy with family and friends. Best meat is lamb. My favourite soup is sukiyaki and kimuchi for best taste. For sauces, mix up the sauces in one bowl and adjust them to your liking. Don't forget to take the raw egg too as dipping so you won't burn your tongue.
