β β β β β Personally, I made the right choice when I went to Sunfert back in September 2014. Before going to Sunfert, I consulted a few doctors from other private hospital.Guess, I was so immune to long awaited appointments. Well, at Sunfert the long waiting hours (there were times I waited more than 4 hours mind you) were pretty normal. Being afraid of needles myself, it was so nerve wrecking throughout the treatment.
For the higher success rate of pregnancy, both my husband and I chose ICSI regardless of the cost. The journey was undeniably challenging as it took me 7 months of treatment.Being a positive person, I remained focused and hopeful. During three quarter of the treatment, Dr Wong discovered a polyp growing in my uterus as I took the hormone pills & other meds and that was so devastating. I was so eager to proceed with the treatment by December 2014 but it had to put to a halt. To be on the safe side before putting my embryos, the polyp had to be removed and I was advised to wait for 3 months (March 2015) for my uterus to be fully recovered. Resulted to that, my precious embryos had to be kept in the lab for 3 months and of course I had to bear the extra cost for the "freezing" service.
Patience is truly a virtue, I wished for a smooth sailing and my wish was granted. I was successfully pregnant and delivered a baby girl via c-sect by end of November 2015.
In my opinion, as long as you are determined and hopeful, you will preservere. I was very lucky that Dr Wong Pak Seng and his team were very supportive and accomodating.The complimentary counselling sessions were very effective and it helped me to be very calm.
I highly recommend Sunfert to those who are trying and can afford the time, commitment and money. Remember, if there is a will, there is a way. Parenthood journey is made possible by Sunfert. Thank you for the excellent service!

β β β β β On 13 Jun 2018, it took me 1.30 hour just to get an injection from any nurse despite having an appointment arranged. It was around 8 am with less patient, nurses going out to buy breakfast and I believe the nurse just done with their daily meeting. You should not ask me to come and wasting my time to wait 1.5 hour for one simple injection if no staff around, I pressed the bell 3 times and each time to repeat my request and it's really annoying.
Additional cost of RM 5k where added to initial cost of RM 19.8k because I can't do fresh transfer but this was not explain during the introduction package. This seem hidden cost and very misleading to those who are not from wealthy background. Suggest those who consult Dr. Wong to ask in very detail before taking the procedure.

β β β β β The doctors and the facilities here are excellent. Kudos to that. But the wait times are insane.
Even after booking an appointment the average wait time is over an hour. Now they will reply to the post saying they will do something to improve it but they have said it like a zillion times before. So be ready to wait. Carry a book or a movie or something.
And Admin team at Sunfert.... Just get a queue app. There are literally hundreds available. Or offer a discount of 10% for every 10 mins that the patient has to wait after the scheduled appointment.
Or just hire better people who know how to make appointments!! Easy.
** Saw the reply. Please do not make excuses. This is not a one time thing. Try and get better. Excuses will get you nowhere.

β β β β β No point of making the appointment much earlier as you still need to wait for hours. I was intended to seek for a second opinion before opt for IVF. The only part that made me satisfied is the detailed explanation given by Dr Wong about the IVF plan. But other than that, their customer service is bad. The staff failed to withdraw my blood successfully and she literally inserted almost 2/3 of the needle into my skin and moved it around looking for the vein. They have informed me when will my blood result be out, but it was still pending when we reached there. They did not give a proper breakdown for the charges.

β β β β β One of the worst clinic experience ever. The waiting time is 2-4 hrs (even not the first time of visit). Nurses quality is very low. Most of them cannot take the bloods and do it over and over. They told the patients in the bed waiting room not allowed cellphone. But they are watching videos and listening music and chatting. There are no enough explanation always. Doctors are too busy. Nurses cannot explain what kind of medications those for so I always need to look up on the internet. The cashier over charge mistakenly. If I did not realize, no one noticed. Of course, there was no apology. If you ever go to clinic, better to check the invoice carefully. You are already stress with doing infertility procedures but the clinic give much more stress than that. I wonder what kind of management and operation skill they have. I will never suggest this clinic.

β β β β β My doctor- Dr Eeson Sinthamoney and the team at Sunfert was very helpful during my conceiving progress. I couldn't ask for more comfortable ambiance, professional doctor, advanced machinery/medication and trained staffs. The prompt 24 hours careline, the cleanliness of the place. Everything was up to expectation. The wait, was acceptable, I normally wait roughly 15-30 minutes to see my doctor. Each visit is roughly around 20 minutes. I cant' complain about it being long wait, because I take awhile with doctor myself too when it is my turn.
