★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect Place for Family Holiday Nice white sandy beach and the big swimming pool.
Old building But Acceptable for the price we paid. If you are expecting a luxurious room or Personalized service this hotel is not for you. It's a hotel for rakyat mahren, We enjoyed it.
We saw many weddings being held at the resort during our Four-day stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst resort I have ever been in my entire life ,worst management , it is not worth even one cent. Dirty and filthy resort , the receptionists are lazy and taking their sweet time and waste customers time. Our room is number 365 , there was a dead bird in the balcony we called the reception three times with no response at all, we went down to see them they said to wait then they sent finally the cleaner to take the dead bird and he simply dumped the dead bird from the balcony and wiped the balcony without proper cleaning and sanitizing , the shower in the room wasn’t working the heater wasn’t working the room was completely dirty with dust on the cabinets and above of that they charged me for this 263.91 ringgit for what !!!!!!
They ripped me off with this service
I will never recommend this resort for anyone.
If you want to waste your money just waste it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really a run down / poor maintained hotel.
We booked via booking.com for a studio suite ( the most expensive room available) for 2 nights. Cost us RM940 for 2 nights.
We had read all the previous reviews prior but still want to give a go since this place was an awesome place we came when we were kids.
First impression at the lobby, poorly lighted and dim. Registration was quick.
Room was big but again again had this wet carpet odour. Aircond not working optimally hence it was hot for a few hours.
The toilet had a shower with bath tub but really dirty and had this urine smell. Again really dim.
By the way, there is no restaurant or cafe, so dont expect any buffet.
The only good things are the staffs were really helpfull and pool/ beach was great. ( no life guards and beach towels)
As for the the conclusions for RM940 spend,you should get a proper standard and clean hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn't even deserve the 1-star to be honest. The audacity of the management of this hotel to let run is beyond comprehension. NOTHING IS IN ORDER!!! The walls in the room are moldy, the carpeting is grimy, the bathroom is dirty with the door falling apart, the room smells like it has been slept in by sweaty people that did not bother showering.
Don't let the clean facade fool you as the interior is a nightmare. So much for being optimistic, I literally checked out after 30 minutes and forfeited the booking fee because what is the point of complaining, the staff working there would not be able to do anything and I am sure the rest of the rooms are just as bad.
Just book at any of the boutique hotels nearby, they are more worth it even if they do not have swimming pools or sea view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly I have to forfeited my 2 nights paid booking, just for 1 night stay. It's dilapidated, and the room was terrible. The accommodation isn't good at all. The bathroom pipe was broke, the heated water not warm enough. The bathtub did not even have a drainage cork. What's the point of having a bathtub when all the water drains away.
I can't stay there, not for another minute anymore. A dark, less lighting, insecurity feeling and just a few staffs only less than 10 I managed to seen around. I can't sleep, I'm tired.

- Old hotel. Furniture & fittings are old.
- cafe was closed since Dec 2021.
- stains at mattress and toilets
- parking area too dark at night
Plus points:
- Location offside from town, not busy
- Good receptionist and explained well when asked
- 1 kids pool (less 0.3meter)
- 1 adults pool (0.3m - 1m & 1.5m)
- beach just next to the hotel.
- Boat for beach activities is ready
Was here during school holiday Jun 2022.
Guessing they are not ready to received customer after pandemic. RM 243 for Superior Country View Room (2 single bed) with no breakfast is too expensive and it's a lot better than today. Just a disappointed customer ???

The only good is the view which is okay la. Apart from that, the bathroom doesn't function well.
Ventilation fan in bathroom doesn't work causing it to smell damp.
As many mentioned in the previous reviews the hotel is ultra tired. Like on the verge of dying Tired.
The hot water valve doesn't work. The hall ways are super tired and filthy with decades of dirt and stains in the carpets.
The TV is tiny and the Towels are like soft rags, poorly washed and feels oily. They were white, but more light grey now.
They're obviously understaffed and needs a major renovation. It's a prime location but just really bad facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sun, sand and sea. We had fun staying here. It is right beside the beach very convenient for us to bring the kids to the beach and play sandcastle and do family activities. And the pool was also close by. Great for family gathering. As for food we just ordered food from grab or panda. Recommended during this pandemic time, because we want to avoid going to the restaurants with a crowd of people during this time.
