Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe der Haltestelle PWTC oder Putra. Mit ein bisschen durchfragen findet Ihr den Regaliatower schnell. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Gebäudeteil A wo euch die Besitzerin empfängt.
Die Wohnung selber hat 3 Schlafzimmer 2 Bäder und einen Wohnbereich mit großem Balkon.
Das Highlight ist zweifellosohne der riesen Pool auf dem Dach mit perfektem Blick auf die Twintowers und den KL Tower.
 Very cool apartment in the center of Kuala Lumpur.
The apartment is located near the PWTC or Putra stop. With a little inquiries you will find the Regaliatower quickly. The apartment is located in building part A where the owner welcomes you.
The apartment itself has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area with a large balcony.
The highlight is undoubtedly the huge pool on the roof with a perfect view of the Twintowers and the KL Tower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 环境不错，5楼花园泳池，37泳池城市美景。缺点是这里的房宿租时需要谨慎。我们租的房间特别是房间三间不同客人住的，客厅公用，这没关系。缺点我们自己的房间肮脏，被单有异味，冷气出问题，地板不清洁这样。希望其他游客租房时考虑一下。
Nice environment, 5th floor garden pool, 37 pool city views. The downside is that you need to be cautious when renting a room here. The room we rented, especially the three different guests in the room, shared in the living room, it doesn't matter. Disadvantages Our own room is dirty, the smell of the sheets is odorous, the air conditioning is problematic, and the floor is not clean. I hope other visitors will consider it when renting a house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable level of cleanliness, blood spots and suspicious other spots on the bedlinen. One of the two bathroomas was unusable due to lack of shower head. Low level of owner communication.
Not recommended accomodation, these dirty bedlinen are not acceptable. Customer claim raised and refund asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked block c (Milan) apartment, in the email the not give the owner phone number, I manage to call Agoda then they give me the owner number, but unfortunately I was been scolded by the worker of the owner of the apartment. I'm very disappointed also because I can't see klcc view as in advertiser. Deposit was very expensive rm200 + parking fee rm20 compare from hotel. Very bad.
